The setting was quite marvellous and unbeatable within easy reach of a lavish cathedral. The staff was best providing the information.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had an enjoyable stay. Our room was big size and the bed was extremely comfy. It was in an absolutely perfect and favourable location with a lavish cathedral nearby.

It was LOVELY time in Oaxaca. The hotel's location was very central, close to everything. Moreover, it was short walk to historical center and the zocalo.

The hotel offers a range of services, such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, making our stay stress-free. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The terrace with garden furniture provided a perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Feeling that I really enjoyed this stunningly beautiful and lovely hotel after staying for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and especially helpful and took care of me. The whole experience was really enjoyable.

The antique decor of the hotel is definitely the best aspect. The staff was also accommodating, providing us with a map and recommendations for nearby bars and restaurants. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the nearby shops and markets.

Our romantic escape was not what we expected. The noise levels were incredibly high, and we were disturbed by conversations on the rooftop and people walking up and down the stairs, which made it difficult to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel. It made exploring the local artisan markets, zocalo, restaurants, and historic center incredibly convenient. Despite the busy street outside, the hotel was remarkably quiet and peaceful. My room was comfortable, quiet, and equipped with A/C and a fridge. The availability of filtered water was a nice bonus. I also appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, even arranging a wonderful guide for me. The hotel itself had a lot of character and was beautifully maintained. I particularly loved the refillable water bottles in the rooms and the water coolers in the common areas. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Additionally, the 12 noon check-out time was convenient.
